...and why it sucks.

  The Academy Awards are the most overated awards in the history of big awards.  I will be giving my top ten reasons why this is so and they are pretty close to the truth.

Reason one:  Comedies are some of the best styles of movie out there.  They are made for one reason; to make people happy.  And we all know making people laugh is hard to do, so Academy, start nominating comedians and comedies.

Reason two:  Are movie made for entertainment or political reasons?

Reason three:  Is the point not to give best actor to the 'Best Actor'?  I wouldn't show up either, if I was Johnny Depp.

Reason four:  The Fellowship of the Ring didn't win!

Reason five:  The Fellowship of the Ring didn't win!!

Reason six:  A Beautiful Mind?!?  Are you kidding me?!?

Reason seven: Eddie Murphy should've won and Alan Arkin sucks!

Reason eight:  This show is way too long!

Reason nine:  British people.

and last but not least

Reason ten:  Star Wars never was nominated for Best Picture.  The original, not the new crap.
